How do I start using Breathe Mama?
Download the app, enter your name and email to create your profile, and you'll begin with a 7-day free trial. After that, a subscription keeps everything unlocked.
What does the subscription include?
Your subscription unlocks every guided breathing session, all nine audio meditations, calming soundscapes, and daily reminders. It's $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through your app store account:
iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Breathe Mama → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Breathe Mama→ Cancel.
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
I already subscribed but the app isn't unlocking. What do I do?
On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't work, email us at hello@breathemamalove.com.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Open the app → Settings → toggle Daily Reminder on or off, and set the time you'd like to be reminded. You can also manage notifications in your device settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. You can also email us at hello@breathemamalove.com to request deletion of your name, email, and subscription records, and we'll remove them within 30 days.
Is my information private?
Yes. We don't sell your data or use cross-app tracking. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
